IJsselmeerstraat190 is a luxurious 6-person holiday home near the IJsselmeer with its beautiful sandy beach. And within walking distance of the gorgeous historic center of Medemblik.
With solar panels on the roof and a heat pump, we contribute to a better climate. And thanks to smart and elegant adaptations, guests in wheelchairs can also easily go here. There are 2 private parking spaces in front of the house.
Living room
The spacious living room has a cozy sitting area with TV and soundbar. You can play your own music on the soundbar via Bluetooth/AirPlay.
From the large 6-person dining table you have a wonderful view over the garden and the water.
Through the patio doors you can reach the extra spacious terrace with a complete set of garden furniture.
Kitchen
The open kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer combination (all Siemens), toaster, kettle, coffee maker and Nespresso machine.
Ground floor
Bedroom 1
The bedroom on the ground floor has 2 mobile and electrically adjustable beds (90x200cm). Adjust the backrest to your ideal position and enjoy a book, breakfast or the TV on the wall.
Blackout curtains and an insect screen ensure undisturbed nights.

Bathroom 1
The bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom and has a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. Enjoy the sun shower with infrared and UV function.
Between the bedroom and bathroom you will find a sliding door. The toilet is also accessible from the hall.

Bedroom 2
At the front of the house you will find a very spacious bedroom with 2 box-spring beds (90x200cm).
This room has its own walk-in closet with plenty of closet space. The windows are fitted with insect screens and blackout curtains.

Bedroom 3
On the garden side of the house you will find the third bedroom with 2 box-spring beds (80x200cm) and windows all around. Sleeping under the stars!
This room also has its own walk-in closet with plenty of closet space and the windows have insect screens and blackout curtains.

Bathroom 2
On the first floor is a spacious second bathroom with double sink, bath and a walk-in shower.
There is a separate toilet on this floor.
In the storage room you will find the washing machine.
Garden
Around the house you will find a beautiful garden. The extra large terrace is partially covered. Directly on the water you have your own jetty where you can enjoy the sunset and moor your own or rental boat.
Directly opposite the house is a playground with climbing frame and swing.
Accessible jetty
The private jetty is made wheelchair accessible with a ramp.
The jetty is 5 meters wide and offers enough space to put some chairs and relaxing beds on. There is even a power outlet mounted at the jetty. An ideal place for fishing, mooring a boat, start with your sub board, etc.
Parking
There are two private parking spaces directly in front of the house.
From the parking there is a path to the front door.
